For this brand-new exhibition, FRAME, the research group of PXL-MAD, School of Arts & UHasselt, invites two promising artists:

Emily Hutchings and Roel Vandermeeren.

The focus of FRAME is to facilitate knowledge transfer through unconventional working methods in order to create new frameworks for thinking about images and spaces. This is certainly true for both artists. They each practice individual art disciplines but overlap in their approach to the ‘spatial creation’ on the flat surface.
