Being

Everyone has a body, everyone talks body language. ‘Being’ shows a a physical encounter between the West and the Middle East, an instrument of dialogue fuelling. Bára Sigfúsdóttir translates an encounter with inspiring Iranian artists Masoumeh Jalalieh and Seyed Alireza Mirmohammadi to the stage. Their bodies create subtle sensations and subtexts, showing what Western European and Iranian culture and society have in common.
